Engine, Cooling and Electrical Repair Under One Roof
The parts under your hood keep your car running, cool and charged. When one of them starts to slip, the rest feel it. A weak battery strains the alternator. A tired water pump can overheat the engine. Our ASE-certified technicians look at the whole system, not just the part that failed.
We work on Asian and domestic cars, trucks and SUVs. Every visit starts with a real diagnosis using our Autel MaxiSys Ultra scan tool and smoke testers, so you know what is wrong and what it takes to fix it before any work begins.

Engine Performance and Diagnostics
When your engine runs rough, loses power or lights up the dash, we start with a real diagnosis. Our Autel MaxiSys Ultra scanner reads what the computer sees, and our technicians test from there to confirm the cause before anything gets replaced.

Cooling and Air Conditioning
Central Florida heat is hard on every part that moves heat. Your cooling system keeps the engine out of the red, and your AC keeps you comfortable in traffic on SR 436. We find leaks, test pressure and fix the root cause.

Starting, Charging and Electrical
A car that will not start usually comes down to the battery, the starter or the alternator. We test all three together so you do not replace a good part, then trace any wiring or sensor faults behind the problem.

Maintenance That Prevents Breakdowns
Most big engine repairs start as skipped maintenance. Regular oil changes, tune ups and on-time belt replacement are the cheapest way to keep your car reliable, and we will tell you what is due and what can wait.
Built for Central Florida Heat
The Orlando area sees about 110 days a year at 90 degrees or hotter. That heat bakes everything under the hood. Batteries wear out faster, coolant works harder, belts and hoses dry out, and the AC runs nonstop from spring to fall. Add stop-and-go traffic on SR 436 and I-4, and your engine rarely gets a break.
We see the results every day at our shop on West SR 436. Catching these problems early costs far less than a tow.
- BatteriesHeat, not cold, is what wears out batteries fastest.
- Radiators and ACLovebug swarms in May and September clog radiator and condenser fins.
- Belts and hosesYear-round heat and sun crack rubber long before the odometer says so.
- EnginesShort trips and stop-and-go traffic are hard on oil and spark plugs.
Under the Hood Repair FAQs
What does under the hood service include?
It covers the systems in your engine bay: the engine itself, cooling and AC, the battery, starter and alternator, fuel delivery, belts and hoses, and routine maintenance like oil changes and tune ups. If it lives under the hood, our ASE-certified team can diagnose and repair it.
My check engine light is on. Should I bring it in?
Yes. The light can mean anything from a loose gas cap to a misfire that can damage your catalytic converter. We read the codes with our Autel MaxiSys Ultra scanner, then test to find the actual cause. A flashing light means stop driving and call us.
Why does my car run hot more often in the summer?
Florida heat pushes the cooling system to its limit. Low coolant, a weak water pump, a stuck thermostat or a radiator clogged with bugs and debris usually shows up first on hot days in traffic. If your temperature gauge climbs, pull over safely and give us a call.
Do you work on Asian and domestic vehicles?
Yes. Our technicians work on Asian and domestic cars, trucks and SUVs, from daily commuters to work trucks.
