What we fix

The Parts That Keep You Stopping, Steering and Riding Smooth

Everything under your car takes a beating from the road. Brakes wear every time you stop, suspension parts absorb every bump, and the exhaust hangs a few inches above the pavement. Our ASE-certified technicians inspect it all with your car up on the lift, so small problems get caught before they turn into safety issues.

We work on Asian and domestic cars, trucks and SUVs. We show you what we find, explain it in plain language and tell you what needs attention now and what can wait.

Brakes and ABS

Your brakes are the most important safety system on the car. We inspect pads, rotors, calipers and fluid, diagnose ABS warning lights with our Autel MaxiSys Ultra scanner, and track down the grinding or humming noises that point to worn wheel bearings.

Steering and Suspension

Loose steering, a bouncy ride or a car that leans hard in turns all point to worn steering and suspension parts. We check tie rods, the steering rack, power steering and shocks and struts, then replace only what is worn.

Tires, Wheels and Axles

Good tires and balanced wheels keep your car planted on wet Florida roads. We mount, rotate and repair tires, balance wheels to stop vibration, and replace worn CV axles before a clicking joint turns into a breakdown.

Exhaust and Emissions

A loud rumble, a rattle underneath or a check engine light can all start in the exhaust. We find leaks, replace mufflers and pipes, test oxygen sensors and diagnose catalytic converter codes. Florida dropped emissions testing in 2000, so these problems often go unnoticed until they get expensive.

Built for Central Florida Roads

Driving in Central Florida is hard on everything under the car. Summer thunderstorms flood low spots and leave standing water on the roads, construction zones on I-4 throw sand and grit, and stop-and-go traffic on SR 436 wears brakes faster than highway miles.

Florida also has no state safety inspection, so worn brakes, tires and suspension parts can go unnoticed for a long time. A quick look on the lift at our shop on West SR 436 can catch them early.

Questions

Under the Car Repair FAQs

What does under the car service include?

It covers everything below the body of your car: brakes and ABS, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, axles and the exhaust system. We put the car on a lift so our ASE-certified technicians can see and test each part directly.

My brakes are squealing or grinding. Is it safe to drive?

Squealing often means the pads are getting thin. Grinding usually means they are worn through and metal is hitting the rotor, which is a safety issue and damages parts quickly. Call us and get the car in as soon as you can.

Why does my car shake at highway speed?

A shake that starts around highway speed is often an out-of-balance wheel or a tire problem. Shaking when you brake points to the rotors, and a clunk over bumps points to suspension parts. We road test and inspect the car to find which one it is.

Do you work on Asian and domestic vehicles?

Yes. Our technicians work on Asian and domestic cars, trucks and SUVs, from daily commuters to work trucks.
